4. Service-Based Deliverables (e.g., Mentorship, Consulting) For live digital services or custom services (such as consulting, mentorship, or project support):

Cancellations or Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds will be processed for missed sessions, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction once the service has commenced or been delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
